"Tudo é questão de despertar sua alma." - Gabriel Garcia Marques

Never let me go

  I'm not trying to find my innerpeace anymore. I found you and you are everything I need to have to be what I have to be: myself! Take my hands, fly me to the Moon, kiss me again in that park during the night with th Full Moon... Touch me. Don't touch me. Let me appreciate every minute of you. Take me to the limit and never let me go!...

How can I get free diapers, free formula, free baby stuff?

  How do I get that? It's not easy, but yes, I can do it without anybody's help! I'm in this business of on-line surveys for some years now and just now I'm starting to take real advantage of my knowledge and skills about that. Now I know which companies are reliable and profitable and which ones are just BS and a waste of time. Your first step should be register in these websites bellow (please don't stop reading now and go click, read the rest...), everybody knows that on-line surveys pay miserably low! Those ones that promise over $1 for survey I still did not get, did not happen to me yet, so, clearly you've got to sign up to several websites, then when you reach $10 or more you just have to redeem all your gift cards to the same merchants, this way if you go to buy something you'll have enough for the entire purchase + shipping! I started to be smart now: I went to 4 websites which I belong and turned all my points into Amazon.com e-gift cards. I went to Amazon.com and realized that I've some privileges because I'm a Mom! Seriously: I can buy hundreds of items without having to pay for shipping! I found these wonderful baby foods up to 47% off! I selected my items, paid with my e-codes from those surveys jobs and I got enough diapers for the baby, the toddler, organic food, formula, etc. Of course, my husband could not believe when the UPS guy delivered these giant amounts of large boxes of baby stuff. What a relief for his pocket!... Oh, I also bought baby shoes but for those I had to pay for shipping ( a little salty, I admit!), and I also could not find those amazing coupons for Amazon anywhere!! So, start working right now to start to save.
    A tip: make one e-mail just for this job, don't give your primary e-mail to avoid a mess in your personal affairs. Ok, these websites bellow are the ones I've been personally working for some years now, they are reliable, never "disappear" with my points and I always, always get my rewards!
1- This pays better than the other websites and I never see its add anywhere, it's like a hidden golden city, the best part you can have your rewards in cash!
  http://www.creationsrewards.net/?referid=_21_5B_D6_8E_C8_AC_1B

2- I love this one! It takes forever to add enough points to redeem $25, but it's so simple and you don't have to have surveys to get points, just read the "paid e-mails". Almost forgot: When you click on the link and don't qualify you still get 10 points (which takes a whole month to be credited, but this is a business of patience!). You also can boost your points making purchases through this website. I wish they worked with Amazon! They do, but do NOT give points for that. I just buy Old Navy clothes using them, this way I get extra points:
http://www.mypoints.com/

3- This website is the best for paid e-mails. Although they pay just a little for most of them, it's good because they send a lot of paid e-mails to my inbox, more than any other one!

Well, I'll be back with more reliable surveys websites/paid e-mails soon. Try those for now and see what you get! And don't forget: Just watches and clocks work for free!

Love & Other drugs - Movie

She says: "That's unfair. I want to go places!". He says: " You will, I may have to carry you, but you will!". It's a brilliant modern & contemporary love story. Outstanding performances! But a little warning: if you didn't find true love by know, this movie probably will have no meaning for you! It's a movie for those ones who truly love someone else. Here's the weblink to buy/rent and read the critics at Amazon.com:

10 most improved cars

  • Buick Regal
    Buick
    Buick Regal? Isn't that the official car of Florida's early bird specials? Are the seats made so the driver isn't visible from the car behind? This may have been true enough for the old Regal, but no more. The sleek, racy new Regal looks like nothing that would have graced Buick showroom just a few years ago. But two things have changed that. First was Buick's rise in China, where the brand is a top seller and the Regal is seen as a crucial ingredient to General Motors' ongoing success in the market. The other thing that happened was that the Saturn brand was shuttered in the GM bankruptcy, leaving GM with a model that had been planned for the Saturn division that was all dressed up with no place to go. So it became a Buick.

    Ford  /  Wieck
    This one-time darling of suburbia had fallen on hard times, as consumers turned their backs on truck-derived SUVs in favor of jacked-up station wagons. Still, the name held some equity, so while the crossover SUV Ford Freestyle and Taurus X flopped in the showroom, the thinking was that the Explorer name could attract buyers if it were a crossover. That guess has proved correct, as Ford is selling Explorers as fast as it can build them. The Explorer isn't just an improvement on the old trucky model, it is also an improvement on the Taurus X, the vehicle from which the new Explorer was derived. In an instance of less being more, a new Explorer based on the old Taurus X replaces both of those models and is more popular than they were combined.

    "Our birth is but a sleep and a forgetting
    The Soul that rises with us, our life's Star,
    Hath had elsewhere its setting,
    And cometh from afar:
    Not in entire forgetfulness,
    And not in utter nakedness,
    But trailing clouds of glory do we come
    From God, who is our home.
    Though nothing can bring back the hour
    Of splendor in the grass, of glory in the flower;
    We will grieve not, rather find
    Strength in what remains behind;
    In the primal sympathy
    Which having been must ever be;
    In the soothing thoughts that spring
    Out of human suffering;
    In the faith that looks through death,
    Thanks to the human heart by which we live,
    Thanks to its tenderness, its joys, and fears,
    To me the meanest flower that blows can give
    Thoughts that do often lie too deep for tears."

    And my heart is a little larger than the entire Universe

    I got off the train
    And said goodbye to the man I'd met.
    We'd been together for eighteen hours
    And had a pleasant conversation,
    Fellowship in the journey,
    And I was sorry to get off, sorry to leave
    This chance friend whose name I never learned.
    I felt my eyes water with tears . . .
    Every farewell is a death.
    Yes, every farewell is a death.
    In the train we call life
    We are all chance events in one another's lives
    And we all feel sorry when it is time to get off.

    All that is human moves me, because I am a man.
    All that is human moves me, not because I have an affinity
    With human ideas or human doctrines
    But because of my infinite fellowship with humanity itself.

    The maid who hated to go,
    Crying with nostalgia
    For the house where she'd been mistreated . . .

    All of this, inside my heart, is death and the world's sadness.
    All of this lives, because it dies, inside my heart.

    And my heart is a little larger than the entire Universe.

    -Fernando Pessoa, the greatest Portuguese poet of all times.

    A noite que comi uma replica de Carrauntoohill!

        Todos sabem que o St. James Gate eh o melhor pub da regiao... ok, ok, pode nao ser o melhor, mas tem o melhor salmao disparado! Desde que eles nao servem mais salmao no Borgata, nao me resta outra opcao. Mas, se voce nao gosta de peixe, experimenta a batata frita do pub: vem misturada com pequenos pedacos de bacon, muito queijo, alguns pedacos de maca verde e muita cebolinha verde. E a porcao servida eh uma replica da montanha irlandesa mais alta. Haja French Press coffee pra ajudar na digestao. Guiness tambem ajuda!

    Memorial Day Parade

         Eu sempre achei muito interessante os desfiles do Memorial Day. Acho digno essa valorizacao daqueles que dedicaram suas vidas 'a uma causa que eles realmente acreditavam: o amor ao pa'is esta acima de tudo, so abaixo de Deus. Mas, de um tempo pra ca eu percebi, tambem, que nao eh so para honrar os mortos nas guerras que esses desfiles acontecem, eh tambem para prestar contas 'a sociedade. Cada carro que foi comprado com dinheiro publico eh exibido na Parada, do carro mais velho ao mais possante carro de bombeiros. Cada cidadezinha exibe com muito orgulho seu patrimonio. Eh muito bonito de se ver! Mas, nao coma os docinhos que eles jogam pra voce. Eles podem entender de orgulho e memoria nacional, mas balinhas/bombons eles ainda vao ter que fazer um estagio no Brasil para aprender como se faz, ou comecar a importar mais cana-de-acucar e substituir o xarope de milho, que eles usam como acucar.

    I wandered lonely as a cloud

    I wandered lonely as a cloud
    That floats on high o'er vales and hills,
    When all at once I saw a crowd,
    A host, of golden daffodils;
    Beside the lake, beneath the trees,
    Fluttering and dancing in the breeze.

    Continuous as the stars that shine
    And twinkle on the milky way,
    They stretched in never-ending line
    Along the margin of a bay:
    Ten thousand saw I at a glance

    Tossing their heads in sprightly dance

    The waves beside them danced; but they
    Out-did the sparkling waves in glee

    A poet could not but be gay,

    In such a jocund company:
    I gazed---and gazed---but little thought
    What wealth the show to me had brought:

    For oft, when on my couch I lie
    In vacant or in pensive mood,
    They flash upon that inward eye
    Which is the bliss of solitude;
    And then my heart with pleasure fills,
    And dances with the daffodils.

    One so simple and cheap trick to have a good night sleep: passion fruit juice! It tastes delicious. You can find the nectar at supermarkets and even a smalls groceries stores. Usually, they are in the Latin aisles. You just have to mix with water and/or ice, sugar or sweetener and you’ll have a God’s nectar that you’ll help sleep like a baby!
